We are here for you. On any average day, our network is helping you get the most out of daily activities, whether it’s buying a gift or stocking up on groceries, helping a small business get paid, or using data-powered insights to help businesses and governments make critical decisions. And, at the heart of all of that is the promise to make every transaction safe, simple, smart and accessible.

That continues in today’s uncertain world. That same technology is there to send money to friends and family or to access credit for medical care. Our network is the cornerstone to these activities. And, even in the face of this unprecedented event, our operations continue as normal.

If you have immediate questions about your balance or specific purchases, we encourage you to contact the bank or credit union that issued your card. That number is available on the back of your card. In addition, our customer care team is available to you online, on Twitter or via one of our global toll-free numbers.

Tap and Go: Contactless payments mean you don’t need to hand your card to anyone. Simply hold your card or digital wallet to the terminal for increased speed, safety and cleanliness. 

Safety First

  • Fraud Alert: Cybercriminals are exploiting everyone’s desire for COVID-19 updates and information and are using it as a phishing lure to deliver malware. Only visit sites you know, check to make sure you know the sender and never share sensitive information.
  • Peace of Mind: If you lose your card or spot unfamiliar charges on your statements, contact the card issuer.

Helping the Community

We have joined with The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Wellcome Trust to speed-up the response to the COVID-19 epidemic by identifying, assessing, developing, and scaling-up treatments. We invite you to join our effort to find a solution to this unprecedented situation.

We are working to support communities hit hard by this situation, matching employee donations to relief efforts and have contributed to funds like the China Women's Development Foundation, local food banks in the U.S. and donated 25,000 respirator masks to New York City hospitals. And, through our partnership with Scholastic, we are making our Girls4Tech online curriculum for grades 3 –7 available to parents and teachers looking for learning resources.
